Digimon Adventure 02 The Movie

Synopsis:

3 new Digidestined have been chosen to save the DigiWorld. They are helped mainly by the old Digidestined, most notably Kari and T.K.

The former Digidestined's Digimon are unable to digivolve because the Digimon Emperor's Black Digivice is blocking it. However, the new Digidestined, Davis, Yolei and Cody, all get their Digimon and they are able to armor digivolve.

Then Kari and T.K. eventually find a way to get Gatomon and Patamon to armor digivolve, in order to battle the evil forces of the Digimon Emperor.
