About the cast
JIN / Joe Odagiri
Joe Odagiri had originally intended to study film directing at California State University in Fresno, but mistakes in the application process landed him in acting classes. It may have been a blessing in disguise, for two years after studying in Fresno and later starring in a few stage performances in Japan, Joe would find himself catapulted to fame in his role in the Kamen-Rider series, playing the central character, Godai Yuusuke. He became the predecessor of the "Ikemen Hero" craze (literally, "good-looking actors playing hero roles in popular TV series").
Since then, Joe has appeared in many movies and dramas and garnered many accolades in his home ground including Best New Actor Award at the 2003 Japan Academy Awards and Best Supporting Actor Award the following year. His creative acting skills and strong presence in films have secured him a place in stardom.

RAN / LEE Na-young
LEE Na-young is one of the Korean film and TV industry's most visible up-and-coming actresses. She has taken a variety of roles, playing the role of a deadly warrior in the thriller <Dream of a Warrior>; a quirky, love-sick public official in the romantic comedy <Please Teach Me English>; and a reserved, yet charming girl who has secretly admired a man for 10 years, but has never said a word to him, in the romantic comedy <Someone Special>, for which she received Best Actress award at the 25th Blue Dragon Film Awards. She has proved to be quite skilled in these roles, contributing greatly to the comic success.
She has played off this image to a certain extent in her appearances on TV dramas. Her debut was in the SBS drama Queen in 1998, the same year she started her modeling career.
