SYLVIA

Synopsis

Sylvia Plath was one the twentieth centuries most inspirational women. She knew the instant she met the poet Ted Hughes she had found her black marauder. From their initial youthful spark grew an epic love affair between two literary geniuses. Feeding off each others violent passion they struggled to forge their own independent poetry, whilst enraptured with each other. Sylvia embraces every nuance of feeling, wit, passion and despair in the pursuit of creative mastery and perfect love. It takes us beyond the myth of a legendary writer, behind the romance, and behind the tragedy, to recreate the most devastating love story of our time.
